What are my delivery & shipping options?

We offer Standard Shipping and Premium Shipping

Standard

Shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouse in 4-7 business days.
Items with delivery in the Continental U.S. have a shipping cost of
$10.95

Items with a delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses and U.S. Territories* have a shipping cost of $10.95 and a surcharge of $10.00.

Premium

Shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouse in 3-6 business days. Purchases are charged $10.95 +$10.00 upgrade. We only offer premium shipping for items being delivered in the Continental U.S.

Items sent directly from the vendor may have different shipping times, which will be listed online within the product's description.

Special shipping information & restrictions
If merchandise is in stock:It is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. We will let you know at checkout, or by a follow-up email, if your merchandise is currently in stock or if we need to verify the availability of the items. Back-ordered merchandise: If an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and will ship as soon as it is available. We will give you an expected shipping time at checkout.

What are your shipping methods?

eLife Store ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Our three carriers are:
               United Parcel Service (UPS)
               United States Postal Service (USPS)
               UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will           transport  the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:
             You will not incur additional shipping charges
             Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped

Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.

What is your refund/return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

How refunds are received

You have proof of purchase: If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return label or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment

You don't have proof of purchase: You may still be eligible for store credit for the item's lowest selling price within the last 180 days
